Rumar89
·Hello OF Family,
Today I have up for sale a recently serviced Rolex Red Submariner. This is an MK1 dial, 2.15 serial, case back stamped Q1 ‘69 with the correct fat font kissing-40 bezel.
I purchased this watch from the estate of the original owner and have the paperwork from that purchase which can be included with the sale. I do not have the original box or papers.
Also included is the US C&I rivet bracelet that came with the watch when I purchased it. This bracelet is in good condition showing only moderate stretch. It is dated from ‘76, so it may be a replacement.
The watch is in honest, worn condition. The prior owner was a Colorado physician, who apparently wore this watch when doing charity medical work in Central America. The case has been polished at some point prior to my ownership. Additionally, there is some tritium loss on the 1 and 2 markers. Overall, however, this is a solid example of an MK1 1680 Red.

I am happy to provide additional photos or info as requested. The watch is located in Portland, OR. I am asking $35k by bank wire, shipped fully insured within the CONUS. Also happy to do F2F transaction at a secure location.
Thank you OF for the space!
