Edit- just looked at the pics again and although probably not a redial- it looks like someone cleaned the dial and removed the minute track on the right side- and there is bubbling on the surface. A good looking piece from arms length but up close the dial is distressed. I wouldn’t pay collector prices for this watch but a nice daily wear- sure.
