"OM" stands for Or Massif or French for Solid Gold

That's a nice Speedmaster, hope someone gets it but I wonder what their reserve is?

I am always wary of low res pictures in an ebay listing of a high priced watch. I would like to see better photos of the dial on this watch.

Only item I can clearly see to analyze is the number on the bracelet. Sadly, can't see anything else clearly

If someone is into a thin cal. 712, this might be the ultimate:

Lots of bling there,

I've moved on to other pursuits ... FYI - now priced around US $5,530.47 and rising? with just over 2 remaining days

I think you linked to the wrong watch.

ch, dsio, John Steed, Flame -- Thanks for your tip and comments above on the 105.003-65. The Ebay bid is over $5,500 now and reserve is not met, so this auction has already become a bit too rich for my blood. Following are photos the seller sent, which I'm sharing to stimulate interest among experienced members, and promote learning for those like me who are new.

Burning questions -- Is the bubbling and bloating of the lume on the markers reasonable for aging tritium, or is it evidence of a re-lumed dial? Do experienced collectors consider bubbling markers acceptable to the 'patina' of a 105.003 speedmaster?

Though this dot over 90 bezel seems better than many of the chewed up examples for sale anywhere, do experienced collectors on the forum consider this an excellent, very good or mediocre example for a 105.003-65 selling at over $5,500?

Seems right to me too, but it has been relisted since 1/29?

Could be. Not a sought after model by more experienced collectors, but it would be a good starter vintage Omega.

Hi

I would suggest this one is just about at full value at £3750 GBP (well for me at least !) - I think the dial is probably ok , although that handset needs looking at & a Service should be priced in....always nice to have the bracelet & end pieces and of course the Papers are a bonus !

I'll be interested to see where this ends up....

Best - Neil
