Agree. WG is cooler. The Ti looks too Quartzy to me.
On my list is the 345.0809

I want one but I am in guilt stage for buying 3 watches this week.
It will have to wait. 😟

Surprised at how low the final price was. It did look like it had had a fairly unsympathetic polish and relume though.

that

was too a high price to pay for the least desirable straight lug speedmaster in "challenging" condition.

now I agree it is the market price, but the person who bought this will find out what I mean.

One can never have too many cal. 321 speedmasters. This one is worth going for whether you have none or dozens.

Believe me the thought crossed my mind, even buying this one then flipping the current 145.012 I have to trade-up to a nicer example of the same reference, but I need my next 321 to have alpha hands I'm afraid, and the moment I deplete the watch fund a 2998-2 will turn up.

Headed toward $4k, looks like. Still a fair price for this one?

Someone has a Speedie start to 2014.

... is it possible to tell from the bidding if someone is pushing up pricing artificially?

If I had the money I'd still be going for it

At the price that Speedy went for, you may as well shop your favorite on-line dealers and get a useless warranty, too!
