whats a good max bid price on this? As a first vintage for personal use. Reckon it needs a service?
Anything off ebay will but the same can be said for most dealers

Comparables on ebay are a bit all over the place. I see a few sold in the ~$1500 range, and a couple in the $900 range (though the rest of this reference are all date models, which is interesting...), so it'll just come down to how much bidders like the condition here. IMO its probably going to be a bit over $1000, but wouldn't be surprised to see it hit 1200.
