Nice, ended at $1350...cheap even just for the bracelet....but the SM looks to be hiding a great dial under that scuffed up crystal....I love this kind of untouched watch....takes me back to my glory days of watch hunting!!

The additional photos posted by the seller suggest the dial has some patina/oxidation. Might be a good deal considering the bracelet but the buyer might be disappointed if they expect a watch with a clean dial.

Ah, you're absolutely right, I hadn't seen that in the pictures.

Not immaculate by any means, but I’ll be watching this tropical 145.022-69 to see just how much of a premium that chocolate brown dial will bring:

2911xxxx serial, which I guess is one of the typical serial number ranges for these dials.

I’d ask the seller for a straight up photo of the dial if I was a bidder - printing appears a bit thick but it could just be crystal distortion or lighting.
