Don’t overpay but this Constellation as it is in rough as-found condition but with a service, crown and crystal it should clean up quite decently and the case edges are good and sharp

Yea I try to label “In the UK” for any on your side of the channel just to let you guys know that it won’t attract the 20% VAT for you guys and to warn international buyers that the watch will sell for a higher rate due to being in the high demand UK Watch market.

I too don’t mind the Dennison cased Omegas, even the 9K gold examples are quite nicely made and the 18K variants are definitely quite heavy even compared to Swiss variants and don’t feel inferior quality wise, we have them here in Australia too and I’ve had a few over the years.

Thanks didn’t realise they made it to Aus. Always thought the international “proper” collectors might look down on them a bit like the Ross US or Longines wittnauer cases. Nothing really wrong but not quite “echt”

Seamaster De Ville Presentation Watch With State Of Texas Engraving, not sure what company, going no reserve

Ed Millis also wrote a book during his time working for Texas Instruments. Might be cool if anyone here wins to purchase the book and learn about the man who previously wore it - a fairly unique bonus I’d think.

At one time in the late 1970’s, Texas Instruments was the top U.S. watch manufacturer. Of course, they only made digital quartz watches. Once the cheap Asian made watches began to flood in, they walked away from the business.
