Not ebay and don't know the seller and watch has some faults (dial has been cleaned and case polished) but price is good and dial is a rare plank original one plus movement is a cal. 352. And it is 18k gold. If condition was better I would have snapped it up but at this price it is still a very good deal.

Yea especially for a plank dial, you don't see that every day. Seller probably doesn't realise the combination is rather uncommon.

Does anyone know which model this is? The seller didn't show the inside of the caseback.

168.004? Maybe 168.010? Somebody will know for sure.

168.004 (or 168.0004 when searching the OVD I believe). Seems these case styles aren't as popular and sell at a discount to other vintage Connies. The dial on this one is a little sad, but not a bad price IMO considering the bracelet.

Thanks Adam for the info. I googled 168.004 and I see what you mean about the dial of the ebay watch. There are some stunning examples here, one with the black dial from Desmond, and a pie-pan from Hoi. Both have a recessed crown (unlike the one on ebay). All I can say is wow! So much more to learn.
