This is rather nice, 9KT solid gold domestic production Cal 601 dress piece in excellent condition

https://www.ebay.com/itm/285568189857

But the photographs are generally awful and there’s no movement shot either so, with bidding starting at $550 and BIN at $1200, I’d probably want to see better shots.

The pics are bad, but the side on shot and rear shot does show a quite sharp and clean 9KT case, and given how durable and common the cal 601 I don’t think its unreasonable at the opening, the BIN is too high for sure though.

This is a really nice Constellation C-Case Cal 751, there’s some material loss in the minutes hand which is not a big deal and it needs a replacement crown but the dial is excellent as is the case, there are not many this sharp that come up on eBay so it’s very much worth servicing it and getting it on a nice strap.

This nice sharp C-Case Connie goes off in 1.5 hours, currently at $600 which is the opening bid

Yea I think the hand missing some black material threw people off but that’s super minor and easy to fix in servicing, the case and dial were very nice

Wrong second hand is a turn off for me, probably an indication that the watch has been mistreated (and the wrong crown hurts too).

I’d say more indicative of being serviced by some local guy rather than a watchmaker with an Omega parts account, the case and dial are pretty clean for a watch to have been mistreated

What would be your upper limit on this? I keep asking the same question but I’m trying to get a sense of a range of vintage omegas and conditions so thank you all.

Just to lob my guess out there (which I would love to hear thoughts on), it looks like a no-more-than $700 USD. Thoughts?

$700 is a reasonable upper limit if you really want it, but maybe a little less.

Ended $565, did you get it? I think that was a good price.

I didn’t bid on this one, but I’m not sure that the crown is correct? Also, the bracelet clasp identifies the bracelet as reference 1187/188. Doesn’t that clasp belong on a bracelet for an f300hz and not a BOR?

I did not... I was outbid. Im in the US, so once I added in shipping, taxes, etc - it was too much for me. Thanks for you input above!

Vintage Constellation pie-pan deluxe in 18K solid gold Cal 505, minor patina but quite decent overall

https://www.ebay.com/itm/314958078088

While a nice watch, I think the current price on this is already at the upper limit for this and I wouldn’t be going any further on it right now. It will be interesting to watch regardless though.

This one’s really nice, quite unusual to see this reference, the 14902/14903 rather than the later 6-digit 168.005 and the condition is really nice and sharp for a gold dogleg, very pretty 18K solid gold Constellation Piepan Deluxe Cal 561

Already bid up to $2,650 USD with more than 8 days remaining. What would be a reasonable price for this in the current market?

High threes, low to mid fours depending on how many are keen. It’s unusual being a 14902, and the condition is quite nice as is the dial with rather attractive furniture
