I would personally prefer these chronos over the connie but that's my opinion. The rose gold one in this condition is harder to find than the connie and it's a chronograph!
Owned a '68 861 De Ville - nice watch. Too thick for under a cuff, but as a casual watch it would be killer. I'd say the seller is a little optimistic about his asking price. The 861 was gold plated and sold for $1150. Since this is all stainless (more popular) and a column wheel 320 I'd say it's worth $1800 - $2200 maybe.
Something smells distinctly fishy. Just sent Mr. Shifty in Istanbul a message asking for clarification.
The second watch is not longer available... http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-OME...152450733?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3f21f20cad
I think it's a decent example. But as Lou pointed out, the seller listed one chronograph twice under different auction descriptions - one as 18k YG and another as 18k rose gold. Based on the pictures of the listing that still exists, I believe it is a rose gold watch in good condition - dial has some wear - but you have to balance that against the fact that it is an uncommon watch in this case metal.
