Yea I was thinking the same, I love the shape of those cases, but its hard finding a clean one, I actually like Kyle's a lot.

When the bevels and facet edges are crisp it's a nice find. I wouldn't mind running across the white gold Seamaster hooded lug, but it's so rare it would be arrogant to put in on the Most Wanted list.

Is that the original strap and buckle too?

Possible but can't be certain. Watch head alone though speaks for itself...

Can you guys tell if this is a refinished dial? Selller did not put a close enough picture of the dial to prove it is genuine.
The edges of the pie-pan facets look sharp, and the Swiss Made is down the very bottom which looks correct, I can't speak for the dial text as I'm not well versed on it

Something about the 'Automatic Chronometer' and Constellation script that looks a bit off to me. Be good to hear the experts opinions, but the pictures aren't detailed enough IMO.

Yea I didn't want to say one way or another on the dial font as its not my strongpoint and the photos are less than detailed. That case though really does look good.

Exactly - the pictures aren't close-up enough and there's some pixelation. If I were to wager I'd say it's okay.

That's why high quality pictures will always make or break a sale - they make beautiful watches look spectacular but also make average watches look below average!

The first one has a stainless back so it's probably gold capped. (I asked the seller because it wasn't discernible in the picture.)

Yep, still a nice example though. And both examples come with bracelets, so that is a plus.

Something about this one bothers me. The screws to the bumper winder that announces it's a chronometer are all mangled. So you start to wonder, was it originally a chronometer, or was that added. There are also huge gouges in the bumper winder. The movement itself is not pristine as you would expect from looking at the outside of the watch. Cuff don't match the collar so to speak. Dial and hands have Zero oxidation or patina. How does movement get all that discoloration and not the dial. Dial looks too good. Also, can't see SWISS MADE at bottom. What do you guys think?

I think it is quite possible that it is a marriage of case, dial and movement from various sources precisely because the dial and case look to be in much nicer shape than the movement. The dial alone though is a valuable piece and may justify the purchase of the watch.
