Almost sounds as though you haven't yet had the pleasure of negotiating the replacement of a 550-series winding weight pinion 😉

That’s a pleasure that not only have I not had but never, ever imagined I would or could have 😉

UK Watch, nice little Chronostop with terrible photos and a badly scratched crystal, looks decent though. A lot of these end up with sort of discolored dials and hands from moisture intrusion but this one seems to be fine.

5 hours left on this chronostop in the UK

A whole heap of these are finishing today, the UK Seamater, the two Cal 601 Geneves and the 750 Seamaster gold-cap

UK Watch, Cal 591 Seamaster 14704 in steel, crystal is cracked but it doesn’t look like its harmed the dial so could be a really nice looking piece with a service

Another UK based steel Geneve 601, non-luminous dial and hands, nice overall condition

Gold-capped non-Chronometer 750 Sparkle Seamaster on bracelet

Isn't the lower left lug bent?
Just looking at the pics I can sort of see what you’re saying but it’s not really there in the other photos and can sometimes be perspective related, the Devilles with the thin lugs commonly get bent or even broken off but these are really quite substantial and solidly joined to the case, I’ve never seen one actually bent

I am pretty sure I can make it out in both photos 1 and 4. I agree that it is not something you tend to see on these - I would expect the seller to mention it in the text since it should be pretty obvious in the flesh.

I removed it just in case, there are so many of that reference around in great shape right now that no point risking it anyway
