No, not your eyes. But I would expect a little coloration in a watch which may never have been opened or cleaned.

Ref.# on the outside of the case?? No Omega markings on the inner side, no case serial# ?

I would say South America contract case...

Are you sure it's all original? The same seller was selling a real nice longines which he claimed to non refinished, but the guys at the Longines forum told me that it ain't so.

These dials have a slightly yellowed look, even if perfect. Here's Desmond's write-up on these:
