Seamaster Pro 3rd Gen Cal 2500D Ceramic Diver going no reserve in 12 hours currently very cheap
https://www.ebay.com/itm/297218409485
Yeah wow—that’s a blazing hot deal at 1800usd—anything under 3k would be well under market, or at least where market has been lately.
I’ve become the resident spokesman (at least one of them) for these 3rd gen Seamasters with the original ceramic bezels—to my mind they’re the best Omega’s ever produced. Workhorse movement, no wave dial, tough and fadeprooof bezels, and perfect form for any wrist, being thin and 41mm. The bracelet lacks microadjust, but that’s a small issue, and there are workarounds.
I would take (and in fact have taken) this over the current model any day; over any Submariner too.
And if you can nab it for under 2k, I doubt you’ll ever have a problem unloading it at profit—and at least without a loss.
