Looks a little too good to be true.

If you read the description there are reasons for the low price - the date changes at the incorrect time and it has hour hand alignment issues.

Saw that yesterday. It is a dial from German only market from 80's or so. It is similar to the Italian one from 90's but it does have gold accents.

If you read the listing description you'll see there are rules for listings out of Japan that limit amounts to $10,000. This set is actually selling for $250,000.
