Don't you ever sleep? 😉
im a severe insomniac, I go to bed about 4AM Australia time then get woken up to drive my Mrs to work at 8AM, then nap a bit in between things during the day

Sorry to hear that. I’m going to be doing a sleepover for monitoring, at a sleep clinic in one of our major hospitals. I use meds which help, incl melatonin but probably going to end up with a CPAC machine.

Yeah, right after I wrote that I thought, "hey dummy, he's in Australia!" but I see that it didn't matter. Sorry to hear of your condition, I have moderate insomnia largely due to poor habits and stress, but nothing like you've got. Best wishes.

And yes, I bid on one of those watches again. This is a dangerous thread!
