Back to the subject! Here's one that I'd bet will clean up very nicely: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221251273950Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
I agree, however, I hate recessed crowns. Not trying to discourage anyone, but they are generally a pain in the ass to wind...
I feel your pain. Got a 2343 Summit 19A with a hidden crown. It is tough to give it a few twists to get it going.
If this dial were in better condition I'd be all over this Baume UK cased Flagship: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-VER...302302221?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3a82c8d20dPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Here's an honest Ultra-Chron in 14ct solid gold: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-c-1...d=100005&prg=1088&rk=1&rkt=4&sd=161070646037&Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network It's not perfect, but it is correct. The asking price is a little high, but at $700-ish it would be a decent buy. If you're watchmaker is good with preserving and/or refinishing case edges this could be REALLY nice.
A nice 10K gold filled caliber 19A: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LONGINES-10...689177461?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item58a2d7db75Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Here's a shot of the movement: It's from 1960, which would be the very last of the 19A series. The only reason I'm putting it in this thread is because I have a sweet 14K solid gold 19A already. If it were a 352, it would have been bought already. Me and a couple other forum members have bought from the seller before. If you'd like to contact him via e-mail let me know. Might make everybody happy going direct.
Looks like this one will sell this time round. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1960s-RARE-...844850092?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item51affb8facPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Don't count on that. The bidder may be Curt SHILLing. The watch in the picture is a redial. You're link goes to an Omega though.
How do I play? Don't know how to paste a link that looks like the above, but it's eBay US item 171093830354. I almost pulled the trigger, but thought I was missing something? Doesn't seem as nice as the seller says it is?
Here it is: http://www.ebay.com/itm/171093830354Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network I don't know... that poor fish looks awful dry.
Yeah, not so great condition for that price. The fish is out of it's green water completely. Let's not talk about the heavy dial patina either.
Um, I see now this thread is more for recommendations and not for questions. Apologies! Still crashing, er, feeling my way around...

Not good enough pictures to be sure the dial is original. Now THAT'S a nice watch. Wouldn't mind taking a stab at it myself if I didn't already have a primo 14ct 19AS Summit. Who knows, might still do it anyway.
I think it's original - too much about it is right for a ref 7412 - but it's got fairly extensive dial measles which are hard to see as the pics are slightly out of focus. As for the other, I do feel a certain itch in my trigger finger...not quite an Ashley-level itch, but at the least, I'm going to make it expensive for someone else.
Lou, Dennis, Mike: sorry Longines newbie question! For the 2nd Longines with the black dial, is that strap a Longines strap or a 3rd party strap?
