·Valid points, but I'd counter with places like WatchCo that can assemble 'vintage' Omegas from leftover NOS parts. Add that many movements were interchangeable in many cases due to similar sizes (Omega and Longines), and it could be a watch made from parts bought from a retired watchmaker. Just a theory. I have no proof. Still, it made me wary enough to shoot an email out.
