Jokes on you. The largest prime factor of 148 is 37, while the largest prime factor of 150 is 5. That decrease of $2 in price lead to a more than sixfold increase in the largest prime factor!
If you’d offered 141 the largest is 47...even better return!

Or you could go with 149, whose largest prime factor is 149.

YES!! $2.00 less than asking!

Thank you @JwRosenthal for bringing this to my attention, and thank you @Nepomuceño for accepting my low ball offer for a sweet piece!!
Is it you or your evil twin who posts and thanks OF thread followers for buying something before you did?
And, which one of you bought the Technos?

I snagged the Technos...and yes, I post 'thank you for saving me from myself' quite often...and then...the wheels fall off and I see something that catches my attention.

This is why I say to myself "self...stop checking that thread! It's just bad news!" And then myself says "self...you cray-cray...these are very attractive pieces, vetted by fellow enthusiast that have quite a bit more refinement and knowledge than you...learn...enjoy...you can do it!!"

So, yes...evil twin..that lives in my head with all the other people! 🤪

Dis anyone here snag this? It was quite nice!
I came within a hair, but it was gone before I made up my mind.
I have a perfect gold filled Admiral curved end band for one like this.

If this were slightly larger I may have been tempted. I like these tapestry/linen dials.
This Technos is 34.5mm. From the UK, serviced, has clear pics and a movement shot. About $250 USD.

Is it me, or are the hands ever so slightly off center? I can see it more on the seconds hand, but even the hour/minute seem slightly skewed toward the 9 side of the dial.

I should have seen that! Looks like hands on dial and subdial are just slightly off center. Here's a picture from another angle. Dial may have been loose or shifted just slightly to the right. ::facepalm1::

Now on hold, congrats to the buyer 👍

I have to keep telling myself " 3 dress watches is enough " 😗

Not sure how long it will last though 🙄

I finally gave my first purchase from this thread some wrist time this week, for some reason i like it more now than i did when first purchased.
Obviously still learning.
