The Speedy pic I posted wasn’t a watch for sale- I was making a joke about how the seller of the other watch had his listing price as the same price on the hang tag from the 1970’s- so I showed that Speedy (web pic grab) with its original hang tag and MSRP of $185.

This one coming from @seekingseaquest - fabulous1951 351 bumper. We have looked at Tissots in this price range here- this is a strait up bargain for a beefy lugged Omega these days, from a well respected member here- no eBay shenanigans.

So this may be the first time a LeCoultre is shown in bargain thread. Offered by @knafel1983 - a lovely (J)LC wrist alarm at 32.5mm. Unlike most wrist alarms that use a third hand, this uses the mystery dial style- gotta love it!

Very pretty Wyler-Vetta, stainless case with twisted lugs, fantastic sector dial, seller says 33mm without crown from the very limited Italian I can read.

Back to Benrus! Great looking SS Benrus with date at 6. Crystal has some scratches that made it look like they were on the dial but they move in different pics- so I think the dial is pretty darn clean. This one is probably around 33.5mm so should be a nice size.

And to answer the seller’s question- no, it is not from WWII- it’s early 60’s.

Not a BIN- so breaking my own rules- but for you Technos Skylight nuts- this one has the medallion back and case looks to be in decent shape. Not keeping time, and dial has some crud on it, but if you want that back.... make this dude an offer.

If you missed the last Benrus D-Day reissue, here is another. Needs a little TLC with a crystal wet-sanding, but should clean up nicely. If you aren’t familiar with these- read back a few pages. Price is not horrible, but make offer under $200 would be better.

A true archetype of 50’s style- 10kGF Hamilton- this is a great watch.

A point of note on these square and rectangular watches- the dimensions can be deceiving. Even though it specs at 27mm, it is not small like a 27mm round watch, in fact quite the opposite.
This is one of mine- it’s 26mm across (without the lugs flare), but compared to a 34.5mm Seamaster- it doesn’t seem that small.

Nice looking chrome plated diver. The arrow hands and Seawolf style markers make this one worth having and we all love a lolipop. Lume is great and not dark and ashy. Case is 36mm so it’s on the smaller side of divers but I have several around this size (Bulova 666, Seawolfs, etc) and love them. Asking isn’t bad- but he may take lower
