Update: Took it to the local Omega rep and the resident watchmaker had to send it to Omega in NJ. Omega in NJ sent it to Omega Switzerland for service. I’ll post pics when I get it back. Thanks to the members for your suggestions.

A good Watchmaker with a Omega account ( independent ) will sort you out.

Be sure to include notes on what you want done and don’t want done.
( No polishing the case should be on it )

Just received my watch back and it’s working well. It’s been gone since May so I’m happy to get it back. Local Omega dealer couldn’t do it, sent it to NY or NJ and they passed it on to Switzerland. Took a while but worth the wait.

Looks like they replaced quite a few internal parts as well as the band, which I expected. All my original parts were returned to me. Here are a few pics of the finished piece as well as the returned parts. Thanks again to all who offered the advice.
