Real or Fake Omega Constellation 18K solid gold C shape

Hi guys I just bought a vintage omega constellation 18k solid gold with the dial that have "om" on it, want you guys help to identify if this is a legit watch with all original part. I will attached all the photo as much as I can.

PS. Does vintage came with a lot of replica?

OM indicates a solid gold dial.
Case was made for Omega by Ed. Wenger SA of Geneva.
I can't see any problems with the watch other than the colour of the strap.

Thanks so much, I totally agree with the strap color, currently i'm looking into a new one as this is the old owner strap. Any suggestion on color?🙏🏼🥺

IMO the case has been polished and seems like the left edge of the case is not straight.

I would suggest a black strap which will go with the indices and paint in the centre of the hands

Not all of it, there's still a remnant between 10 and 11.

Legit but polished like others mentioned and while its not a rule this model usually came with thicker baton hands - and no, I personally haven't seen a replica C-Case yet, only some models have half replicas
