Hi guys looking at an aqua terra 36mm quartz and it has no papers but seller has sent me a picture of the movement. Does anyone have the same watch and can confirm it looks the same? Cheers

It's a genuine 1538, I looked it up on Google Images.

Looks good to me.

Since the case has been opened (which was the right thing to do), I’d urge you to find a local watch dealer/jeweler who can run a pressure test for you (at least a dry one). They may do it for free while you wait—but even if it costs a few bucks or you have to wait a while, it’ll be worth the peace of mind. Might as well replace the battery while you’re at it, so you know you’re starting fresh.

If you're planning on swimming or showering with it on, get it pressure tested and replace the case gasket if it looks worn. The crown gasket is a little more difficult to see the condition of, which is why Omega often just replaces the whole crown.
