·Well done. The new type of bayonet caseback is indeed unlikely to be openable by many (at the moment). The links are secured by screws so it is a DIY job if you have the right size screw driver, a good eye and steady hands (to avoid scratching the adjacent links, if the screwdriver were to slip).
Enjoy wearing it. I've found that the case edging and bezel can show the occasional knock but adds to the appeal and forms its own uniqueness. Get the first ding out the way and you tend to relax about not having to baby it anymore.
The contrasting directions of brushing on the casing almost makes the vertical brushed aspects look polished in some lights, but I love the all brushed finish. It's a shame the movement isn't on display but the caseback design and etching is a stunner anyway.
The dial colour and finish is mesmerising too. Alter the angle and light and watch it change in all manner of hues.
Mine is accurate to 0/0 which is incredible and unbeatable accuracy of course. The master chronometer status is certainly brilliant.
