Are you absolutely sure about this? I have used Chrono24 a few times and have had the watches opened. One of them I subsequently returned.
If one would open a watch and find inside it a Seagull/Selitta movement instead of an Omega movement , I suspect Chrono24 would not offer any objections to a refund request even in a Private Sale.

@Engee you can negotiate with the private seller for a e.g. 3 day inspection period where you could return it if there were any other issues. If this agreed upon with messages in C24 that would count as binding. If it is a fake (which it doesn't look like currently) you would of course get a refund regardless, although you would have to prove it. Private sales via Chrono24 do NOT have the same return conditions as with dealers.
