I bought a Memomatic ref. 166.071 with pilot case, and I ask your help about some issues.

It is wabi sabi wore, and I think it is never polished. I have any doubts about left side that appears not perfect perpendicular, and it is lightly concave. It is ok?
On the crown side you can see the Portugal “Salazar Mark”.
Do you think it is never polished?

Another question is about the glass: does anybody know the original glass code to order it? Is the original one domed or flat?

It's certainly worn, it kind of looks like it's been polished to me but the radial finish and vertical on the sides sort of appears to be there too, not really a watch I'm that up on as I've never held one before though.

If you mean flat as in glass flat, it's not, it should have a hesalite (plastic) crystal

Actually a replacement case from the factory….was sealed in Omega packaging before putting a 980 movement from the cushion case version inside.
