Question on Speedmaster 1750032 in steel/gold...reduced?!

Hi Guys...even though i'm not into this kind of "dress watches" i found this one and was wondering what kind it is! Is it a "reduced"? What age could it be?

It's being sold pretty cheap, around 1,500€...

Any thoughts / insights on this?

According to the Chronomaddox site, this is a Speedmaster reduced.
