Pusher question for a 105.012-66

Was there a transition point--either in time or by reference--for the change between screw-in and push-in? Or were both used during a period of time?
My guess is that the screw in pushers began to be used near the very end of 105.012-66 production. The following reference, 145.012, used exclusively screw in pushers.

I love this 105.012 CB...
The sides have suffered... Tough life I guess... But more than 50y later, still running, logo still shining, making me dream of moon more than ever...
