I bought a Sea-Dweller from them last year. They were very responsive when I asked for additional information and pictures before buying. When it arrived, however, I was a bit disappointed with the amount of polishing - the helium escape valve was flush with the case rather than being recessed into it. This wasn’t very apparent in their pictures - not that I think they were trying to hide it. I requested a refund after several days. Surprisingly, without any pushback, they agreed and sent me a fully insured return label. As such, I recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
