Some designs are executed so perfectly & so beautifully, they become known as icons over time. Early Seamaster 300’s (Ref. 2913 & 14755) fall into this rare & iconic status! We NEED a thread to show off these gorgeous watches in one place, create a “go to” for reference material and simply bask in all their amazing glory!

Allow me to begin. Here is my 1963 Omega Seamaster 300, Ref. 14755-62, cal. 552 - Extract showing it was delivered to the U.S. Navy Exchanges Base. Added bonus is the original insert has survived all these years! Of course original 7912 from '63 needed, but all in good time!

Here’s my 2913-7.
I believe this is the only reference to have the correct lollypop seconds hand.
The far from pristine dial has developed a very interesting ‘’leopard skin’ patina - and I guess it will be a love/hate thing.
I love it.
Also, a somewhat out of date Seamaster diver ‘group’ shot that includes a few straight lug SM300’s (one has since been sold but quite a few more added). A Railmaster has also crept in there.

Lovely, Our of curiosity, are these are original to the watch? And is that seconds hand a bit short?
