Hello all, only have 2 little guys here.
Maybe is time to add a conquest into the collection
Very nice! A conquest would make the perfect trio! Maybe something in steel with a black dial 馃槈馃榿
Thank you thank you. Oh thats a mighty fine piece you have there. I actually wanted to get my hands on the Cal. 291 Ref. 9024 scalloped crown that you recently sold but i was too slowwww 馃檨
Hello, fellow Lo-Lo's (Longines Lovers 馃榾),
I haven't been in this thread in awhile.
I was looking for a strap this morning, and something, perhaps all of the nice Longines I've seen in the FS thread lately, inspired me to take some of the shiny gold pieces outside into the bright light all at once...
The glare was intense, so I thought about putting on some really dark sunglasses 馃槑, but it wasn't until I realized that the humidity was 85+% 馃槻 that I scooped and dashed quickly back inside, cranking up the AC, and spreading dessicant packs widely and judiciously...馃榿...
The wider view has a few outliers and other brands that snuck their way in:
Next time, I'll try to do the SS cousins (one or two slipped in, here, however...馃槖), but those tend to see the light and the wrist much more than the Au guys...
Only two Longines at the moment, but at least they can sit next to each other in the watch drawer and tell old war stories. A WWW ("Greenlander") and Czech Pilot ("Majetek", 2nd series with cal 15.26).
