My grandfather's when he retired from the New York Police Dept. Love the watch but the dial "patina"at 1 oclock is just annoying. Also not the prettiest lettering on the dial. Could it have been redialed? .
dial restored som generation ago, but my watchmaker said it was a good job. sold in april 1947, cal 12.68N in bratislava city.
