Enjoying my NOS Longines Comet with red dial from 1969


Two weeks ago I was silly enough as to let a Record watch like that run though my fingers like sand. Went tight-fisted mode into the auction and it just got snatched for small money. Silly me!!

Here麓s my new old Conquest. Seems to be an early one (9,5m movement number) - does anyone here know, which range of movement numbers belongs to 9000-1 and 9000-2? or, in other words, at which number (+/-) did Longines start the Conquest series?
