Thank you for sharing the information from Longines' archive. When Longines states that "The other parts of the watch were produced locally under license ..." this does not necessarily mean that all parts, other than the movement, were produced locally. This is the standard wording that Longines uses when the case of a watch was not produced in Switzerland. Based on the sub-dial design of your watch, I would guess that the dial was produced by Stern Freres. I would also guess that the hands were made by a Swiss supplier.
