90s VHP Perpetual Calendar Conquest

If I am correct, Longines Conquest VHP Perpetual Calendar (L.564 = ETA 252.611) introduced in 1996 is the first watch that used a movement that is available in the ETA Thermoline Family. Official ETA will quote a 10 second per year accuracy.

We can find ETA Thermoline it in Omega Constellation perpetual. I think it is Omega caliber 1680 = ETA 252.511 (Thermoline)
It is almost identical to the ETA 252.611 but it uses 1.55V normal battery whilst the ETA 252.611 uses 3V lithium battery.

Just arrived from Sweden, a reference 6555-4. Relatively large (37mm), difficult to photograph and absolutely no safequeen.

A Longines Ref. 3771 from around 1937. Bought in 2010, now finally I tried to take some informative photos.

What a beautiful example of a very early 13ZN. Can you share what the case size is?

Großartig, eine wunderschöner und perfekter Chrono, heute leider nicht mehr bezahlbar 🙁

Thank you for the kind compliment. I don't know what the Longines would cost today. But if you look at what some simple steel watches (which are theoretically also available in watch shops) currently cost, and take the quality into account, a 13ZN is almost a bargain.

West End Watch Co Longines Bijou with its box on a Gay Freres ladder style (Bonklip) bracelet. Quite small but very cute 😀
