Possible Ebay Scam?

So this is the third watch I have seen posted like this in a week. Two of the Day-Dates, and one HB-SIA. Each time the same set up. New User name, 0 Feedback random Canadian address, outrageously low Buy It Now price. I know this has to be a scam but I can't figure out exactly what they are doing. Of course its a new name each time. Anyone familiar with this scam?

Yes. I saw one almost exact same style of post earlier this morning. I asked the seller for actual pictures and his first response was, "Yes they are real pictures", when they were stock pictures. It took three emails for him to finally say he will post them in 48 hours. The listing was marked as sold within an hour, so I hope the person who bought either is VERY lucky, or in for a long road of headaches, or eBay pulled it.

The only thing I can figure is that the are pulling the scam where you go to pay, the paypal account is invalid, and when they are contacted, they apologize and request a wire transfer.
