To those of you interested in vintage; I´m curious to know, what pick you would have made, if you were to choose one of the watches depicted below. They have little in common, and that ought to make the choice easier.

A Silverstone cal 12 and a Zenith Chronometre cal 135

Normally, I'd do the predictable thing and go with the 135, but between that 135 and a blue Silverstone with all the lume plots still present and aged to a perfect creamy beige, and no degradation to the blue dial? The Silverstone. I happen to looooove Silverstones.

Cal 135. Was that the Zenith you bought after I got the Omega ref 2639 from you?

If this poll is because you are unsure which watch you want to sell then I will say keep Zenith 135 to yourself. It has very beautiful simple classic composition dial, The shark tooth gold markers are favorite among members here. The case is still sharp with nice lugs. Cal 135 is well proven Zenith movement with nice decoration that you will appreciate in long time.

Then sell the Silverstone heuer to me.😁

Thanks guys for your input! I would say that it´s an even steven result in this poll, and that is a small relief to me.

I thought I was loosing my head, when I was trading the 135 against the Silverstone, but at least I followed my heart! 🥰

So, the 135 is gone from my collection, and the Silverstone has been added to it.

Personally, let me just say "NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo!!!!". However, looking at the results there isn't a majority either way. Since you did what you felt was best call it a win and start looking for the next watch. 👍

I beg to differ: "YEEEEESSSSS!!!! Good choice! " An honest, undamaged blue dial is very hard to come by.

BTW, Silverstones look even better on a nifty NSA bracelet - you'll need one!
