Omega Watch Co....circa 1908 give or take a year.........nice case....nice moon hands....nice 24hr Canadian style dial in excellent condition.
Change the crystal if it is yellow....if the dial is yellow do not try to clean it, and do not let anybody else try to clean it.
Model?? I guess I would call it a Gentleman's pocket watch
Get it serviced if you plan to wind and wear it. Oil has long turned to goo and you could damage the movement.
