Based on serial number, it looks to be a very early Omega, around 1900.
Many of these old calibers only have ID under the dial.

Could you provide better focussed photos of the movement, measure the diameter of the movement in millimetres.
Due to the embellishment on the bridges, it may be a US market movement in a locally manufactured "gold" case.
Can't tell much more without more information.
