Happy Christmas to all!

I’m a newbie so please go easy on me and apologies in advance if this question has been asked numerous times but I don’t know my way around this forum yet.
I have a Planet Ocean Chronograph which I bought used about 8 months ago as a treat to myself for my 50th and am ecstatic I now own one, I love it.
However I have just realised the stopwatch has stopped working totally, no matter how many times I press the buttons nothing happens.
As you can imagine I’m devastated so wondered what could be the problem ? And where would be the best place to get it fixed? I’ve heard maybe a clutch is seized?
It was fully serviced last year in April so also wondered if they would be responsible under a service guarantee?
Thankyou for your time.

You need to check with the seller whether (and where) it was "fully serviced" or fully serviced, the latter and comes with warranty. Omega service centers give 2 years warranty.

It would help if we had clear, well focussed photos of your watch.

Also, do you have copies of the service documents?

I am waiting for a reply from the seller, I think it was “fully serviced” as your former meaning was meant at a watch repair centre such as Timpsons so unsure as to what warranty it has if any.
Maybe I need to send it to Omega,,,,,

Here’s a ‘focused’ picture of the watch, old parts and service card I have just found in the box and it appears it was sent to Omega, I also have a receipt for £600.00
It’s had new buttons, hands and seals.
Hopefully it’ll just be a matter of a call and what’s broken can be fixed under warranty.

By the looks of it, the service warranty is still valid… take it to an Omega boutique or authorized service center (should be covered, unless you were negligent with the watch).

They’ll do a better job getting your chrono to work than us here on the forum, I can guarantee you that!

I’ve been on to them just waiting for them to get back to me, thanks,
