Solar wristwatch with stopwatch, that's different

This watch is at a local auction, and it's kind of interesting. Solar was the Eaton's department store house brand, and they used all kinds of watch movements. The movement isn't shown in the photos. This one appears to be late 60's or early 70's. Has anyone seen one like this before? Probably under a different label?

They couldn't have known at the time, but their name makes googling "solar stopwatch + wristwatch" a completely ridiculous task.
