·I just watched The Intern last night. Anne Hathaway prominently wears a Cartier Tank and Robert De Niro wears what I believe is a 135.003 Seamaster 30 (the screenshot is poor because apparently Chrome can only do 720p, it's easier to see on a TV):

I've noticed period films or TV series made in England often use fake vintage watches assembled from junk parts and with a decorative scribble where a brand name would have been. I suppose in that instance its because a genuine antique watch might disappear from the property room.
