You're right, apologize for being so laconic.
First of all font of writings is off, this is not the worst I've ever seen but if you look for other 2767 online you will spot the differences.
Lack of swiss made at 6 and uneven minute markers raise other red flags.
And last but not least, a very strange caseback...

·In general, you have to pay a lot of attention to vintage omega black dials, often they are redone or somehow tampered with.

·I nearly spit out my coffee when I saw that case back. Perhaps something like this Roman mosaic of Neptune was the inspiration. Strangely enough, that garment kind of looks like an omega.
