Hi guys
Could you please take a look of the dial of this Seamaster. Is it the original one or a re-dial?
How do you think about bumper caliber? Would this Seamaster worth 370$?

Could you share me some information. I would love to learn

You're right, apologize for being so laconic.
First of all font of writings is off, this is not the worst I've ever seen but if you look for other 2767 online you will spot the differences.
Lack of swiss made at 6 and uneven minute markers raise other red flags.
And last but not least, a very strange caseback...

In general, you have to pay a lot of attention to vintage omega black dials, often they are redone or somehow tampered with.

Not sure if this was a question - but what about the caseback?
Um, yeah. Apparently, some of these redialers are too stupid to get a real job. OP, you did well posting the watch here for evaluation before buying it. Smart move. Stick around and you'll soon learn how to spot the bad ones from the good ones. Welcome to OF.

I nearly spit out my coffee when I saw that case back. Perhaps something like this Roman mosaic of Neptune was the inspiration. Strangely enough, that garment kind of looks like an omega.

In particular, see the 'G' and 'A' (with heavy serifs on the feet) in OMEGA.

Is the caseback a sticker or an engraving?

Neither, I think. It almost looks like it was silk screened onto metal. We need an OF member who is a graphic artist to weigh in on this.
