Please help identify my lovely little watch!

Hi, my dad left me this in his will and wish to wear it at my daughter's forthcoming wedding. I've tried to use AI to identify the type of watch but I get a range of dates and random information about it - I didn't want to take the back off and I finally got it set and it's keeping time!

Presumably Omega ref. 136.0104 with cal. 1030 inside: https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-geneve-omega-st-136-0104 (from mid 1970s).

Take it to a watchmaker and get a photo of a movement and inside of the caseback (reference is written there).
