I’ve just got a 166 01 25

1974

Plus clue me into this as my 2017 Seamaster gets most of my attention.

I did a search and not much showed up.

Need a bracelet link or two, yet I’ll never find.

So anyway you can provide good info I’d be happy to listen

Dial is a bit hard to judge, but looks factory to me. Not sure about the crown.
As you know its a 1970s Integrated bracelet Geneve day date. 1000 series movement (probably a caliber 1020 or 1022) meaning 28000 bph!
This is probably the best place next to Ebay to search for an extra link.
I would have it serviced, replace the crystal and enjoy it.

I’m Sure bracelets are case specific to that particular model. I will need so research a bit more on this...
So I’m Running some basic test and it’s it’s keeping time, operates as it should. I’m not entirely sure I want to invest in servicing it as I may post it up
for sale. Any clue Gentleman as to value of such a model?
I know condition is everything. I’ll clean it up and get it looking better. Who knows I may keep it to go with my modern Omega.

Ps Is this a early Basic model Constellation,Seamaster or what model is it?

It's a Geneve as indicated on the dial, not Seamaster or Constellation. The specific reference # would be inside the caseback. Values can be found by researching previous sales on eBay, etc.

In that case, it's worth a few hundred, more or less. Not really the most collectible model or era, but some people like them.

Are these somewhat accurate movements?

I’m sure serviced by a omega watchmaker, accurate regulation it could be

what I meant was, are they known to be non accurate or problematic

thank you for your time with assistance to info
