Wearing the 39.5 today. My wrist is about 6 3/4 inches. There's a lot that goes into proportions. To me, this one just fits right. Methinks Omega made a smart move in going back to a more classic size in the 39.5.(The Submariner is 40mm after all.)

Fits just right that one.

I'm still contemplating 39.5 or the 42mm

Thanks for posting

Not many of these about then?

Thought the 39.5 was a popular size

I do not have any wrist pictures. I also have a 6 - 3/4" wrist. I tried both in the boutique and preferred the 39.5. Besides being a bigger circumference, the 43.5 is much thicker. As pointed out above, the "classic" dive size is 40mm and I preferred the proportions of the 39.5 to those of the 43.5. I bought the 39.5mm and am very happy with it.

I have a 7.25/5 wrist and can wear a 45.5 planet ocean. I mostly stick with 42mm and smaller.
I tried the 39.5 on and I think it’s a great size for almost everyone.

if you can’t try one on, and your wrist is 6.5-7.5 You have very little risk of going wrong with the 39,5.

it’s just the Planet oceans have been out for so long and not a lot of people have purchased the current generation. It’s just the collectors and omega fanboys already have one or 2 and this gen like the gen before it didn’t add much new.

they are great watches.
