Wow, I like this strap. I also wanted to order a strap to Dangerous9straps but in deep blue atlantic Ostrich Leg for my 43,5mm Blue planet Ocean. Just some question, is the strap still nice, Is the price worth, what would you recommend to me? I would like to order the blue Ostrich Leg, with white Stitching, Orange lining inside (Supermatte Tenu Lizard, Thick curved lug system (TCLS) Omega style deployment clasp 18 or 20mm width. Any other option such as Super Extra Upgrade..? Any recommandation...? Thank You in advance and sorry for my bad English FullSizeRender.jpg

The TCLS is really nice now that I have examined it closely. The strap will look great. You can customize the strap in the fashion you like. You won’t be disappointed.

I have no idea what made me spend the amount of money that I did on my Dangerous9 strap, but aside from the cost, and the fact that I had to nget my AD to install it, because it was impossible for me to do, I absolutely love it!

Going against the grain here. Pun intended. To me, the first one looks like a fat alligator tail strapped to a watch. Looking through the photos, another one looks like a used tire strapped to a watch. For that price, I would use the money to purchase a nice vintage watch.

thanks !hat makes me feel much better about my purchase! I picked out a Swiss military pouch, from my birth year(over 50 years ago, and John made the strap from that pouch! Lmao I am dying laughing at the old tire reference!!

@tdixon15 looks great, I picked out my pouch too. I based it on color, but it is a 1952. I’m having another made that is so dark it almost looks black, he’s going to use black rivets for a pilot strap, and I’ll put it on my iwc pilot. I didn’t do the integrated lug for the ammo strap as I may use it on other watch heads.

My Swiss ammo along side my tire strap I love them both and hope the pilot strap he’s doing turns out as good.

They look amazing!! As much as I hate having spent that kind of money, I am extremely satisfied with my strap! It is truly bespoke! it fits on my wrist so comfortably and doesn't budge! I hope you post when your new straps come in. I am probably going to order one more, for my Omega or my Cartier. Good Luck!

I was looking into this Dangerous 9 guy, emailed him with some specifics, crickets! I'm very leery about spending this much on a strap with someone that won't even return my initial email!

If you’re going to pay over 400 dollars for a strap project you might as well go for Atelier du Bracelet Parisien (ABP Paris). And Jean Rousseau makes outstanding straps for much cheaper IMHO.
Below are a couple of bespoke rivet straps Jean Rousseau made for me.

I don't mind spending that kind of money on a quality strap, but I want one that has curved lugs and fits like the Dangerous 9, but still no response from him.

Tried to contact this fella 2 more times asking for a specific quote, nothing, crickets. Won't try again, can't fathom how horrible the service would be after he takes my money. His loss.

This is my friend at Dangerous9.

Andrea answered me back pretty quick.

It may be too late but I would send her a note

Tempting, but the haven’t exactly given me a “warm and fuzzy” I’ll have to think about it now. Thank you for reaching out, I love his work!
