Looks like your watch was made around 1920. a little earlier than the ones shown in the other thread.
Movement looks to be from a wristwatch movement. That is an absolutely gorgeous example of an Omega pocketwatch.

·I'd just like to say that this is by far the coolest "new" watch I've seen on OF in a long, long while.
