Part & service for 146HP - need "chrono lever"?

    A local watchmaker informed me that my A3736 has a broken "chrono lever," which he has no ability to source. I've spun my wheels on the internet trying to identify/source this part (I'm not sure chrono lever is even the right term). The broken part is in included in the photo provided.

    I'm looking for help identifying and sourcing this part, as well as recommendation for servicing, ideally in US.

    I have yet to contact Zenith directly.

    You might also look for Universal Geneve 285 parts. I think it's basically the same movement made by Martel. If so, parts are pretty available, you just need to get the right name. Contact Blake at Scotchwatch and send him the photo.
