·They are probably fine to fit the movement, but you need to check that they are the right length for your watch/dial. Omega watches using a given movement used many different hand lengths, depending on the style of the dial.

·That’s what I’m worried about, especially as they aren’t exactly that cheap. The watch is currently being serviced anyway, and the repairer has a fairly large part stock so I’ve asked if they have anything. If not, to be honest I’ll probably just leave it, wear and enjoy!
Since it's in service, you could ask your watchmaker to measure the hands. He can give you precise measurements and it'll enable you to hunt for the right parts.
