Interesting. What would hands on a SS watch be plated with?

Rhodium or Nickle plated?

Can magnet test the hands to see if steel, but demagnetize after

I’ve found these. They should be original - this company states that (as we all know) they can’t get any new genuine Omega parts, but these are still in stock. Though for some reason I doubt they’d fit… seems too good to be true.

Whats too good to be true? That they have hands or hands to fit your watch?

Give them the caliber number and case reference number (inside case back)

Mention silver hands

They are probably fine to fit the movement, but you need to check that they are the right length for your watch/dial. Omega watches using a given movement used many different hand lengths, depending on the style of the dial.

That’s what I’m worried about, especially as they aren’t exactly that cheap. The watch is currently being serviced anyway, and the repairer has a fairly large part stock so I’ve asked if they have anything. If not, to be honest I’ll probably just leave it, wear and enjoy!

Since it's in service, you could ask your watchmaker to measure the hands. He can give you precise measurements and it'll enable you to hunt for the right parts.
